The site needed to provide information and encourage visitors to take action by calling for a free, no-obligation assessment. In addition, the site needed to easy to navigate, searchable, HIPAA compliant, offer secure web forms for requesting information or submitting insurance information and perform well during times of heavy traffic.
Written copy and custom video was used to give information and hope. Call to action segments added to each page encouraging visitors to call. HIPAA compliance was achieved with the use of an SSL certificate and a third-party that managed web form information. The content was SEO optimized and structured for Google findability. Google search tools and Google tag manager were implemented for improved SEO and speed performance. Web forms were placed in the footer appearing on every page. The site built on WordPress using a custom theme and hosted with a third-party web host that could quickly adapt to high traffic fluctuations.
Within six months of project completion, website traffic and inbound calls doubled. Website performed remarkably well with local and national searches.
