Is your website outdated, difficult to maintain, or no longer supporting the way your organization works? Is your internal software functional—but frustrating for the people who use it? I’m a UX and web modernization specialist with 11+ years of experience designing, improving, and developing websites and business applications. I help organizations modernize existing digital products without defaulting to an expensive, disruptive rebuild.
As Web Designer and SEO Specialist, I led the five-month recovery and rebuild of KMG Imports’ WordPress and WooCommerce store.
Project summary
I rebuilt a fragmented e-commerce store into a clearer, faster, and more reliable shopping experience by reorganizing the product catalog, optimizing product content for search, simplifying checkout, resolving database issues, and protecting a legacy inventory integration—contributing to an 80% increase in website traffic within two weeks of relaunch.

Across three generations of a behavioral health website, I restored search visibility after a Google penalty, replaced high-risk SEO practices and low-quality content, and rebuilt the experience around credibility, accessibility, and prospective-patient needs.
See the projectFrom emergency website recovery to nearly nine years of ongoing digital support.
Project summary
The engagement began when the firm’s WordPress website was hacked and taken offline. After recovering the website from a physical backup, I restored its online presence, established new hosting, and continued supporting the firm through changing attorneys, services, locations, branding, and organizational structures. Over nearly nine years, the work expanded from emergency website recovery into a long-term digital partnership involving WordPress development, responsive design, website maintenance, SEO setup, analytics, and a later migration from WordPress to Wix.

Project summary
Bootbase is a self-directed UX and WordPress case study exploring how personal style can be translated into structured data. I designed and developed the private prototype as an editorial and research platform focused on Western footwear, style archetypes, and boot discovery. The experience combines five style axes, Bootfluencer profiles, comparative data, and a guided quiz that connects users with relevant style references. Built with a custom WordPress theme, ACF, PHP, Bootstrap, DataTables, and Chart.js, the project demonstrates how subjective preferences can become a structured and scalable discovery experience.
